8 oz uncooked Spiral Pasta
2 1/2 cups diced Fresh Tomatoes
1 Tbsp dried Basil
1/4 to 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
2 minced Garlic Cloves
3 Tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste (1/4 tsp or so)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes and basil in a serving bowl and set aside. In a small bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Drain pasta and add to tomato mixture. Drizzle with oil mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.

** This can be a warm or cold salad. Both ways are good!
