Ingredients:  
6 cups flour
1/2 pound butter
3 eggs, room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 packages dry yeast
1/2 can evaporated milksugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients with eggs
Mix with hands
Heat evaporated milk, butter, and sugar, set aside and cool until luke warm, then mix with dry ingredients, mix with hands first then with mixer for 15 minutes
Knead dough well until dough pulls off of hands
Set aside in warm draft free place for 2 hours, covered with a cloth to rise

Nut filling:

Everything for filling is to your taste
Grind nuts and mix with sugar, set aside
In large pan melt 1 stick butter and add 1 can evaporated milk
Heat until mixed then add nuts and mix well
Taste to see if you need to add more sugar and or honey
Mixture should be thick enough to spread easily
Roll out dough, spread filling inside and fold over to attach

Bake 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until brown
