1 (18 oz) package of yellow cake mix
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 t. ground cinnamon
1 3/4 c. chopped walnuts (or substitute with pecan, use less or more if you want)
Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13 x 9 baking pan.
2. Combine cake mix, oil, eggs & sour cream in large bowl. Beat 2 minutes with a mixer at low speed, scraping sides of bowl frequently.
3. Mix sugar, cinnamon, & walnuts in medium bowl.
4. Spread half the batter into pan. Sprinkle half the nut mixture over top. Repeat with remaining batter & then end with nut mixture on top.
5. Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

This is really quick & easy to make, great in the morning with coffee, and keeps several days when covered. I like mine heated but it's fine served cold too.
