1 Pot Roast as large as you want
Onion Powder ?
Garlic Powder ?
Salt ?
Pepper ?
1 pkg Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Pkg Brown Gravy Mix
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Season roast with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Brown in large dutch oven on all sides. Mix dry soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, dry gravy mix and 2 cups of water. Stir until well blended. Add 1 cup water to pan beef roast was browned in. Scrap brown bits off pan. Add roast back to pan. Pour soup mixture over roast. Cover and place in preheated oven.
Cook until fork tender. Remove roast.
To Make Gravy:
Heat liquids. Make slurry of cornstarch and water adding some Kitchen Bouquet. Add to liquids in pan and stir until thick.
