1 1/2 Tsp Olive Oil (more/less)
1 Pound of Turkey or Chicken (chopped or shredded)
1 Onion chopped (2 cups)
3 Red /orange /yellow bell pepper ( choose combo)
2 Cups Of water ( may be more/less)
2 (28 ounce) canned chopped spiced tomatoes
2 (16 ounce) canned of kidney beans
1 Can mushrooms pieces
1 Tbsp Garlic Mined or ( 4 garlic cloves)
4 Tbsp chilli powder (2 for tossing chicken and 2 for mixture) Red pepper
flakes to taste
1/2 Paprika
1/2 Tsp oregano flakes
1/2 Tsp ground cayenne
1/2 Tsp ground cumin
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1 Can of chicken stock/consome
3 Tbsp brown sugar ( to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Turkey/chicken on med heat with olive oil, onion and 1/2 of bell
pepper mix. Toss meat with 1/2 of chilli powder.

Add rest of ingredients to big mixing bowl. Stir and add to pot with
meat/onion/pepper mix.
Add enough water to cover mixture. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and
simmer 30 min.
