butter the size of egg
4 TBS milk
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs-separated
2 heaping TBS flour
1 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
* Brown butter the size of an egg or a little more. Then add 4 TBS milk & brown sugar. Set aside.

* Put egg yolks, flour & milk in a bowl, mix well.

* Cook until thick in a double boiler.

* Bake in a pie shell with beaten egg whites on top.
