2 pounds of stew meat
2 - 3 cups of potatoes cubed
1 cup of baby carrots
1 cup of celery cut / diced
1 large onion
1 cup V8 juice
1 TBSP worsteshire sauce
1 TBSP sugar
1 bay leaf
2 rounded teaspoons of tapioca
salt and pepper to taste

Trim stew meat, chop onion and celery. Combine all ingredients in large covered dutch oven. Bake at 250 degrees for 4.5 to 5 hours.
