Notes: This was my mom's go-to recipe for a family dessert. She never measured anything (always "eyeballed" ingredients) so feel free to use however many or few bananas or strawberries. She would make this the night before an event or occasion. I have doubled and tripled this recipe and made in large, deep tin foil containers too and everyone always loves it. It's best to eat it within a day or too since the bananas tend to brown and the pudding gets watery.
