1 ½ C Butter
1 pkg. Cream Cheese, softened, 8 oz.
2 1/3 C Sugar
6 Eggs, room temperature
3 C Flour
1 t Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and cream cheese.
2. Gradually add sugar, beating until light fluffy, about 5 to 7 minutes.
3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Gradually add flour, beat just until blended.
5. Stir in vanilla.
6. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube (Bundt) pan.
7. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 ½ hours or until cake tests done.
8. Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
9. Cool completely.

Yield: 12 – 16 Servings
