Cake:
2 C Bisquick Mix
2/3 C Milk
2 T Sugar
1 Egg

Streusel Topping:
1/3 C Bisquick Mix
1/3 C Brown Sugar, packed
½ t Cinnamon
2 T Butter, firm

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together Coffee Cake ingredients.
2. Spread in one greased 9 inch round pan.
3. Mix together Streusel Topping ingredients, sprinkle over batter.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.

Yield: 10 Servings
