Irene's Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

2 pkg's yeast
1 yellow cake mix
2 1/2 cups water
5 c flour
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in the 2 1/2 c warm water.
Combine cake mix, salt and 1/2 of the flour to yeast mixture.
Mix, adding the other 1/2 of flour slowly. Dough will be sticky!
Let rise 1 hour.
Generously flour board.
Pour mixture onto board.
Roll out
Spread with one stick of butter.
Sprinkle with mixture of 1 c brown sugar & 2 tsps cinnamon & nuts
Roll into roll, cut into 24 pieces.
Place in 2 buttered 9x12 pans - let rise.
Bake 375* EXACTLY 20 min.
Frosting-1 lb powdered sugar, 1/2 stick of butter, 2 tsp maple flavoring. Frost immediately
