5 medium Yellow Potatoes
1 small sweet onion
˝ cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes ( or not). Boil potatoes in a pot on stove. Drain.
Cut onion into wedges and halve those.
Combine all ingredients.
Serve.
