1 Chuck Roast
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1 pkg. McCormick Au Jus Gravy Mix
1 stick Butter
6+ Mild Pepperoncini peppers
Optional: potatoes, carrots, onions
Crock pot

Directions:
Directions:
*Do not brown; do not add water.
Place roast in crock pot; pour dressing mix over the roast; pour gravy mix on top of this; place stick of butter on; add 6+ peppers. Turn crock pot on low and cook for seven (7) hours.
Add veggies at 6 hours, as desired.
This is my favorite roast.
