Ingredients:  
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
1 package dry onion soup mix
6 chicken breasts or legs

butter
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first four ingredients together in a large casserole dish and lay chicken pieces on top. Dot each piece with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover tightly.
Bake at 375º for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes more.

Mom use to use Golden Mushroom soup but not many stores carry it so I use Cream of Mushroom soup.
