3-4 large russet potatoes, sliced into thick wedges
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Optional: fresh cilantro or parsley.
Ranch or blue cheese dip for dipping

Directions:

Mix ingredients and season potatoes. Bake 350º for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
Dip in ranch or blue cheese dressing.
