9" pie crust
6-8 pieces cooked crumbled bacon
1/2 lb shredded swiss cheese
2 oz mushrooms
(black olives, green peppers, onions as desired)
1 1/2 tsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs-beaten
1 cup Half & Half
1 TBS melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
* Bake pie crust @ 375ºF for 10 minutes. This will keep quiche from getting soggy.

* Layer bacon, cheese, mushrooms & optional toppings twice.

* In a medium bowl mix flour, salt, celery salt, chili powder & nutmeg.

* Add eggs. * Blend in Half & Half and melted butter.

* Pour over layered pie crust.* Bake @ 375º for 30-40 minutes until set.

* If crust browns too quickly cover edges with foil.
