1 qt. water
3/4 lb. (150-200 ct.) shrimp, cooked
2 T. lobster base
4 T. tomato paste
2 1/2 T. flour
2 1/2 T. butter
1/2 c. sherry
1 T. blackening spice
1 pt. heavy cream
1 pt. half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to boil and add lobster base and tomato paste. Whisk thoroughly. In a separate pan melt butter and add flour to make a paste consistency. Bring lobster and tomato mixture to a boil and add the flour and butter mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Liquid should thicken up. Add cream, half & half and seasonings. Add sherry and bring to boil. Add shrimp to bisque at the very end. From Michael Fusco's Riverside Grill, Tulsa.
