3 cans sliced carrots
½ green bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced


Marinade:
¾ cup sugar or Splenda
½ cup vinegar
½ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer vegetables. Mix together marinade and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate for at lest 6 hours or over night is better. Keeps for weeks in the refrigerate. Serve as a side for anything.
