2 cups butter room temp.
1 sugar
1 egg
1 vanilla
3 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Mix egg and vanilla. Add flour and corn starch and mix just until blended. Transfer to cookie press. Press on to ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown and firm to touch about 8-10 minutes. Transfer to racks and cool.

Traditional Swedish Spritz Cookies do not use a whole egg. Using both the white and yolk makes the cookies less likely to crumble, so these are good if you need to transport.
