Cooking Oil for frying
2 lb.s Chicken Tenders or Breasts (slightly pounded)
Panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
Flour
Eggs (mixed)

Katsu Sauce for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
1. Take chicken tender or breast and slightly pound.

2. Dip chicken in flour.

3. Dip chicken in eggs.

4. Dip chicken in Panko.

5. Repeat and set aside.

6. Heat oil in skillet to 375°

7. Fry breaded chicken in hot oil until golden brown, turning once.

8. Keep warm in oven while cooking all the chicken.
