3 Tbsp. Oil
(Keep ingredients separate)
1 Head Napa Cabbage (sliced 1/2" pieces)
2 large Onion (sliced 1/4")
6 stalks Celery (sliced 1/4")
1 lb. Steak (thinly sliced)
Tofu (cubed)
Kamoboko (pink fish cake)

Optional Vegetables:
Bean Sprouts
Mushrooms (sliced)
Canned Baby corn
Noodles

Sauce:
2 cups Water
1 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup Mirin (Japanese cooking wine) (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a hot wok or skillet heat oil and brown meat.

2. Add sugar to meat and cook additional 2-3 minutes.

3. Add water, soy sauce, and Mirin and bring to boil.

4. Keeping everything separate add to meat and sauce the onions, celery,
cabbage, optional vegetables (depending on cooking time).

5. Bring back to boil.

6. Kamoboko and tofu should be added last and just warmed through.


Serve with Hot Rice
