2 cups Flour
2 Eggs
2 cups Ice Cold Water
Ice cubes (for chilling water)

Directions:

1. Put flour into a small bowl; set aside

2. In a separate bowl, gently beat eggs until yolk and white are incorporated.

3. Prepare cold water by combining water and ice cubes in a cup. Using a strainer (or your fingers) to remove ice cubes.

4. Add cold water and beaten egg together. (make sure not to add ice cubes
to batter.)

5. Add flour to water/egg mixture and combine. Do not over mix.

6. the batter is now ready for immediate use.

Onions (sliced 1/4")
Carrots (thinly sliced)
Green Onions
Mushrooms
Asparagus
Green Beans
Broccoli
Zucchini
Squash (acorn is my favorite) but any will do
Prawns, Seafood

Serve with Tempura Dipping Sauce
