Ingredients:  
3 tbsp. pickling spice
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 cup vinegar
1 pound fresh or frozen shrimp
2 tbsp. season-all (seafood seasoning)
1 tsp. salt
1 quart water

Directions:
Directions:
Add spices, salt and vinegar to water. Let boil 10 minutes; add shrimp. Boil 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat.

Let stand 20 minutes, then drain. Cool, shell, devein, and chill.

Serve as individual cocktails or use in preparation of other dishes.
