1 lb. Ground Beef
1/4 cup Flour
3 Tbsp. Brown Gravy Mix or Beef Bullion
1/2 Gallon Whole Milk
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger in skillet.

2. Add flour and brown gravy mix, salt, and pepper to hamburger. Cook for 2-3
minutes.

3. Add milk to hamburger and stir, cook on med-high heat until thickened.


Serve over mashed potato's with pea's and bread and butter.
