1 T. fish seasoning
6 (4-0z.) catfish fillets

Preheat oil in deep fryer .

Mix cornmeal and fish seasoning together in plastic bag, dredge fish fillets
in mixture. Fry in heated oil in deep fryer, cook 2 minutes, turn and cook
2 minutes more or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
