3 lbs lean beef stew. 1-10-1/2 oz can tomato soup
2 potatoes, diced. 1 soup can water
2 onions, chopped. 1/2 cup burgundy wine
6 carrots, sliced
4 ribs celery, sliced. 1 cup sour cream, added later
1 lrg container mushrooms
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp quick-cook tapioca

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300º
Combine all ingredients except sour cream in a large Dutch oven. Cover and bake 3 hrs.

Then add sour cream and bake 1 hour more.
Enjoy !
