7 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Vegetable Shortening (cut into cubes)
4 Tbsp. Baking Powder
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Toss together

2. Drop shortening into dry ingredients and use a pastry cutter to cut it in.

3. Continue using pastry cutter (or 2 forks) to blend mixture until it resembles small pebbles. Note: You can use a food processor if you want.

4. Transfer mixture to an air-tight container and store, refrigerated, for up to 3 months.
