2 medium onions sliced
Salt and pepper
4 eggs
2 tbsp dry bread crumbs
4 slices cheese

Brown onions in butter. Arrange in a greased pie plate sprinkle with salt and pepper
Break eggs over onions. Season,
Sprinkle with crumbs
Bake 350 10-15 min. Uncovered
