1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon granulated onion
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 pack of pork ribs (my favorite, but you can use beef also)
1 bottle of bbq sauce

Directions:

Add rub mix ingredients together, and rub onto the meat. Cover the meat with tinfoil tightly, and bake at 225 degrees for 6 hours or until the meat starts crawling up the bone. For the last 20 minutes add bbq sauce or you can use a maraschino cherry liquid. Use cooking brush to glaze the ribs with the sauce. Cut up the cherries and let them candy on top.

Either is delicious!!
