Extra-virgin olive oil, for greasing
4 cups broccoli, cut into small florets
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 teaspoons sesame seeds

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF.

2. Lightly oil a baking sheet with olive oil.

3. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the sesame oil and garlic.

4. Transfer the broccoli to the baking sheet, and spread it out in a single layer.

5. Roast the broccoli until tender, about 10 minutes.

6. Transfer the roasted broccoli to a serving bowl, top with the lemon juice and sesame seeds, and serve.
