2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup cashew halves
1/4 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 lb finely shredded green cabbage
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the sesame oil.

2. Saute the onion, celery, and garlic until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the red pepper, mushrooms, and cashews, and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

4. Stir in the chicken stock, soy sauce, and cabbage.

5. Cover the skillet, and steam the cabbage until it is tender, about 5 minutes.

6. Top with sesame seeds, and serve.
