2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 T. honey or sugar

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Use extra milk or water to thin if you prefer thinner pancakes. Cook in pan - especially delicious if you melt some butter in the pan first.
