4 C Flour
2 C Sugar
3 t Baking Powder
1 t Baking Soda
2 t Salt
1 ½ C Orange Juice, fresh
½ C Butter, melted
2 Eggs, well beaten
2 T Orange Zest
2 C Cranberries, fresh, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift Flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
2. Add orange juice, butter, eggs and orange zest.
3. Stir with fork until dampened.
4. Carefully fold in cranberries.
5. Pour batter in equally into two 9 x 5 3 inch loaf pans.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 ½ hours until loaf tests done.

Muffins:
1. Spoon batter into prepared 2 ½ inch muffin tins.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes or until muffins test done.

Yield: 2 Loaves
