2 med. Potatoes
2 Eggs
¼ C Milk
½ t Baking Powder
¼ C Flour
½ t Salt
Onion, grated
Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel and grate potatoes.
2. Add egg, sifted dry ingredients and onion.
3. Drop batter into hot, greased frying pan.
4. Turn pancake when dry and bubbly.
5. Cook until golden brown on both sides.

Yield: 10 – 12 Pancakes
