1 ½ C Flour
3 t Baking Powder
1 t Salt
½ t Baking Soda
1 C Corn Flakes, crushed to make 1 C
1 C Sugar
1/3 C Oil
2 Eggs
1 C Pineapple, crushed, not drained, 8 ¾ oz.
1 C Walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
2. Mix in corn flake crumbs.
3. Add oil, eggs one at a time.
4. Beat well.
5. Add sugar, pineapple and nuts.
6. Combine well.
7. Pour batter into prepared 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
8. Bake at 35- degrees for 1 hour until tests done.

Yield: 1 Loaf
