40 crushed Nilla Wafers
4 TBS melted butter

1st layer
3 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese-room temp
3/4 cup sugar
1 TBS vanilla
3 eggs

2nd layer
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese-room temp
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz thawed Cool Whip

Crust
* Mix crust ingredients together & press into bottom of 9" Spring Form pan.

First Layer

* Beat 3 pkgs cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar & 1 TBS vanilla.

* Add 3 eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each egg just until blended. Pour over crust.

* Bake in preheated 325ºF oven for 50-55 minutes or until center is almost set.

* Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool completely in pan.

Layer 2:

* Beat until blended 1 pkg cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar & 1 tsp vanilla.

* Whisk in 8 oz Cool Whip.

* Spread over Layer 1.

* Refrigerate 4 hours.

* Remove rim of pan before serving cheesecake.

* Garnish with fresh berries if desired.
