Ingredients:  
1 cup evaporated milk: chill for 2 hours
3 oz lemon Jello
1 cup boiling water
3 TBS powdered sugar
2 cups graham crackers crumbs (32 crackers)
1 stick melted butter or margarine
8 oz cream cheese-room temp
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
* Chill evaporated milk for 2 hours (can be skipped)
* Stir jello & boiling water together until dissolved, set aside to cool.
* Mix powdered sugar, graham crackers & melted butter.
* Press mixture into a 9" x 13" baking dish.
* Bake @ 350ºF for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
* Whip & set aside evaporated milk.
* Cream together cream cheese, sugar & vanilla.
* Stir cheese mixture into whipped milk.
* Stir into Jello mixture.
* Pour onto cooled crust.
* Sprinkle top with a few cracker crumbs.
* Refrigerate until firm.
