2 pounds of carrots
2 cups of heavy cream or as much as you want
3 cups of red cooking wine
2 tbsp. of garlic minced
1 stick of butter
3 tbsp. of salt
1 tbsp. of pepper
1 tbsp. of cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fill a pot up with water and add the wine and 2 tbsp. of salt, bring to a boil.
2. Peel and chop carrots and garlic. ( keep separate)
3. Drop carrots into the boiling wine and water and cook till tender. While your carrots are cooking get out a sauce pan and pour in your heavy cream and whisk over medium heat till its hot
4. Drain the carrots into a bowl and add your butter remaining salt pepper garlic cayenne pepper and the heated heavy cream.
5. blend with till smooth, if its too chunky add more heavy cream.
