French Toast Casserole Recipe

1 large loaf french bread - or texas toast

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 T honey

6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp vanilla
8 oz whipped cream cheese
raspberry jam
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, butter & honey bring just to boiling then pour into 9x13 pan

Mix eggs, milk & vanilla. Dip bread slices into mixture & place layer of bread in pan on top of caramel mixture. Spread cream cheese on top of layer of bread. Spread light dollops of jam on cream cheese.
Dip remaining slices of bread in egg mixture & place on top of cream cheese/jam. Pour any remaining egg mixture over all. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover & place in refridgerator over night. Uncover & bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Cut before cooled.

Serve with maple syrup
