Chicken breasts, skinned and boned

Directions:
When cooked chicken is an ingredient in another recipe.
Place breasts of chicken (skinned and boned) in a glass baking dish or pie plate. Fill the dish with water until about 1/3 of the breast is covered.

Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap, making sure the edges are well sealed.

Microwave on high setting until the chicken is cooked through. The time depends on the size, shape, and number of breasts, so check after 5 minutes, and continue at one or two minute intervals until the chicken registers 165 on a meat thermometer.
