1/4 c. canola oil
1/4 c. raspberry vinegar
1/4 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp paprika
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
12 c. torn fresh spinach
2 pints fresh strawberries, halved
4 kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Place 1st five ingredients in a blender; cover & process 30 seconds or until blended. ( I used 1/2 c. raspberry salad dressing instead of making it)
Transfer from blender to bowl; stir in green onions & sunflower seeds.
In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries & kiwi. Drizzle with dressing, toss to coat.
