1 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
5 eggs (separated)
1 c. sugar, divided
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1 15oz can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened, condensed milki
1/4 c. heavy cream

Topping:
1 pint heavy cream, for whipping
3 T sugar
strawberries

Preheat oven to 350º Generously spray 9x13 glass casserole dish.
Combine flour, baking powder & salt in large bowl.
Beat egg yolks with 3/4 c. sugar on high speed until yolks are pale yellow. Stir in 1/3 c. milk & vanilla. Pour egg yolk mixture over flour mixture and stir very gently until combined.
Beat egg whites on high speed until soft peaks form. With the mixer on, pour remaining
1/4 c. sugar & beat until egg whites are stiff but not dry.
Fold egg white mixture into the batter very gently until just combined. Pour into prepared pan & spread to even out surface.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Turn cake out onto rimmed platter & let cool. You can leave it in the 9x13 pan
Combine condensed milk, evaporated milk & heavy cream in a small pitcher. When cake is cool, pierce the surface with a fork several times (quite a few places). Slowly drizzle all but about 1 cup of the milk mixture 0 try to get as much around the edges as you can.
Allow the cake to absorb the milk mixture for about 30 minutes.
Topping:
Whip 1 pint heavy whipping cream with 3 T. sugar until thick & spreadable. When ready to serve cake spread cream over surface. Put spoonful sliced strawberries over each piece of cake.
