1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
1/2 cup salad oil

Marinade: Mix together marinade ingredients until combined well. Put London broil in a large resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over it. Seal the bag, press out air and set in a shallow dish. Marinate the steak in the fridge turning bag once or twice, for 8 hours to 24 hours.

This is a trick for my Cuisinart convection toaster broiler oven. I turn my rack so that it is on the lowest level in the oven. Then I broil it on each side for about 15 minutes. I do check it before the 1st turn.
