2 onions, chopped
2 cups of celery, chopped
oil or butter
6 cups crumbled cornbread
2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 tsp sage
1 tsp salt
3 eggs, well beaten
2-3 cups turkey broth, enough to moisten

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onion in oil or butter until tender. Repeat for celery. Combine all ingredients, add stock and mix well. Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until nicely browned.
