2 eggs for each bag
ham, sliced or diced
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 onion, chopped
green bell pepper, chopped
fresh tomatoes, chopped
fresh spinach, chopped
chunky salsa
fresh mushrooms
any other veggies or type of meat, such as bacon bits previously prepared
1 Ziplock quart size freezer bag for each person

Bring a large pot of water to a full boil. Have each person write their name on on quart size Ziplock freezer bag with a marker.. Place two cracked eggs in the bag. Press out most of the air, and seal. Shake or squeeze to beat the eggs. Open the bag, and add the ingredients from the list above. Seal bag and mix a little more. Squeeze out as much of the air as you can. 8 bags can be cooked at a time.
