1 bucket ripe fresh tomatoes
3 medium onions, chopped
4 green peppers, chopped
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar or to taste
1 tsp. pepper
1 T. salt
1 T. mixed spices (can be tied in cloth and taken out when done.

Directions:
Directions:
Scald and peel the tomatoes. Remove part of the seeds and run through food chopper or cut them up. When all put together, cook for a while. Can in canning jars while still hot.
