500g flour
5 eggs
1 tbsp salt
1-2 c water (add more or less until it is a chewy dough)

Directions:
Directions:
1.Place some of the dough on a wet cutting board. It works the best with a wooden one. Scrape long but thin pieces into boiling water (add some salt to the water!!) You get them out of the water with a big serving spoon or be creative. Wait until the water is boiling again and scrape the next amount of dough.

2.Fry 1 -2 diced onions and bacon pieces in olive oil until the onions get light brown, then add the spätzle, cheese and pepper and bake it til the cheese is melted. You can also add mushrooms
