1 lb. crab meat
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayo
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 heaping tsp. capers
1 heaping tbls. prepared horseradish
1 tbls. lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 Tbsl. minced onion
3-4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 tbs. chopped parsley
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
2 tbs. melted butter
baked pastry cups or toast points

combine first 12 ingredients and half of bread crumbs. Use melted butter to lubricate casserole dish. Turn ingred. into dish and top with remaining crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve in baked pastry cups or toast points.
