2 egg whites
1 c. brown sugar
COOKIE BASE
10 1/2 T. butter [1 stick plus 2 1/2 T.]
3/8 c. light brown sugar
3/8 c. white sugar
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 T. water or milk
2 1/4 c. Pamela's Baking and Pancake Mix
1 c. chocolate chips

TOPPING
1. Beat 2 egg whites until soft peaks form
2. Mix in 1 c. brown sugar
3. Set aside to put on top of cookie base and chocolate chips
COOKIE BASE
1. Cream together butter and sugars
2. Add egg yolks, milk or water and vanilla
3. Stir in pancake mix
4. Press into 9X13 greased baking pan
5. Top with chocolate chips and press into dough
6. Spread topping over chips
7. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350º
