1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp soda
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup cashews
Frosting:
1/4 cup browned butter
1 tsp oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp cream
2-3 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Add dry ingredients. Stir in cashews. Bake at 400º. Cool. Beat butter, oil, vanilla and cream. Add powdered sugar until spreading consistency. Frost cookies.
